Slow service. We were there two different times within two weeks and they just couldn’t get it done like other locations.
I rarely come here but was wanting something light for lunch. I didn’t see too many cars like usual and was around 1:30. It took 27 minutes to get 1 meal in the drive thru, I was shocked by how long it took to get 1 meal! In am not sure why Cheyenne is so obsessed with this place it’s mediocre at best. There are other places to go eat at or you could make your own chicken for a fraction of the price. Won’t return.
This place was good. They got my order decently fast The only thing. Was even though it was a multiple line they didn't have waiters getting orders ahead of time. You had to wait till you came to the order box. I think their customer service could have been much faster. Only if they would have had their waiters out there like they did before in the past. During the pandemic that was the very smart move for Chick-fil-A. They should have kept with that move.
Food always good..but I have never seen people here working the drive through lanes like all other chick's. This is the slowest drive thru of any Chick-fil-A out there.
Weirdest chick fil a I've ever been to. I've gone to chick fil a constantly over the years and this place is the worst I've ever seen. You can tell they hire just anyone. Don't pay attention at the drive through. I just went through the girl over the speaker was TALKING ON HER PHONE . I heard it ring and she literally answered it before I was done ordering. It's a shame to see a good reputable restaurant, be damaged by teenagers who could care less about their job
Great service! And such amazing food. Was very organized with big groups and such great respect for their customers. Overall a great place for people to eat.
I tried the new barbecue sandwich that they came out with recently. It was ok. Their traditional spicy sandwich was still better in my opinion. The service was good as always.They are always busy, so make sure to go during non-lunch/dinner times.
First of all. This place is ALWAYS busy. And I mean busy. The drive thru line wraps all around the building. It took nearly 15 mins to get all the way through. The food is always good, but hit and miss if your order is correct. The other day we ordered a couple salads, and toppings and dressing were missing. Let this be a lesson. Check your order before leaving. Other than that, the food is good. They either need another CFA in Cheyenne, or more restaurants.
Place is filthy. Rude clientele. Mostly teenagers working here with not a whole lot of concern for how they do their jobs.r= Several People letting little toddlers run around all over the place unattended. Food wasnt fresh. Never been to a chick fil a this bad before. They are usually very clean, efficient, with great fresh food. Parking lot is also nightmare. Avoid this location if you can.
This parking lot is the worst! Who designed this thing?The restaurant puts most of its emphasis on having a speedy drive through. Lobby guests are usually seen frustrated by how long their food is taking and forget about online/pre-ordering, that'll take you all day.It is extremely frustrating to watch 20 cars leave before 5 people in the lobby get their food. This is my experience even when they are not busy. We all paid the same amount!
