Very average food. Not very fast, but not a sit down place. Really need to work on eliminating the vagrants and homeless that hang out and take residence in the seating area. It's a huge turn off seeing that when you walk in.Today (6/02), no vagrants. Food is still pretty average. Still need to hire staff.
I like Carl’s Jr. Was craving a bacon burger. I spent nine bucks on a Bacon Beast and waited three minutes so they could cook it fresh for me. I got it home and NO BACON!I was given a Superstar instead. I was too tired after my shift to drive back and get it fixed. A restaurant will get three strikes until they lose my business. That was strike one! The only saving grace—and the reason you aren’t getting one star—is the fact you made it fresh and the gentleman at the drive through was very nice. Do better.
Employee Janet refused to listen when I tried to tell her that my shake was all liquid.she said she had never served a shake. I have the receipt with her name on it. I then said this wasn’t worth the $3.89 cents, and that I wanted corporate office number and names. She refused to give me that information and that she was going to call the police for harassment.
Slow service, food was on the lower end of taste. I've eaten at better Carl's Jr's, I was pretty disappointed with this one.Staff was friendly
Took 12 minutes to get our [email protected]/ the drive through,you need to change your fryers ordered cross-cut fries they where not fresh loaded with salt ordered a Double Western Burger and the onion rings I could have used hockey Puck and they were small the Burger was loaded with BBQ I had to take some off too eat it BIGTIME FAIL the pop was good ? one star is all I can give you my wife ordered a dbl Burger and was overcooked and soggy her fires wear loaded the grease also we spent 23.50for two horrible meals. Failure to the Maxxxxx!!!!!
Get a new cook change your fryers the Guy at the window has no customer skills needs work don't put onion Rings that are like hockey pucks spent 23.50 for two meals took ten minutes to get the food.
Just got a hand-breaded bacon Swiss sandwich and it was like heaven and the place is nicely clean and food is great I hope Carl's jr. Keeps this place going cause I love everything about it

I don’t go to this Carl’s Jr. that often because every time I go I have a bad experience. The food looks gross and the service is not great. Came to this Carl’s Jr. No line was not busy went in around 3pm. Got my order and when I got home and opened it my chicken sandwich was drenched in mayo chicken looked burnt, famous star did not look like a famous star and the western burger meat looked like it was old (gray in color) barf! I called them and the guy said he would remake it but I don’t have time to go back and asked for a refund. Dude hung up on me! WTH kind of customer service was this? Imagine if I did have him remake it, he probably would’ve done something to the food! If you don’t want a call back then make the food right. I can’t believe they give customers their food looking gross and uneditable! I threw it all away and will never go back to this Carl’s Jr. Rude workers who don’t care about their customers and obviously don’t care in how the present the food. They should just shut this one down because from all the reviews it looks like it is heading in this direction. Or if anything change management and crew and maybe there might be a possibility of it surviving.
Will not be going back, will spend the extra money for five guys. Staff is incredibly rude, fries are always cold, overpriced for what you get. Don't waste your time.
