I've eaten here multiple times in the last couple of months and every thing I've ordered has been fantastic. The sandwiches are killer, fries and fried pickles are on point, definitely major improvements in the quality and menu in the last year.Be patient with the service, let these guys get their stride, this place is a benefit to Cheyenne.
Loved my sandwich! Great people, great vibe, reminds me of a classic New York style deli. I'll be going back for sure. Make sure to try the homemade potato chips.
Absolutely the best place to have lunch in town! You have to try the cowboy! Currently only have way through them menu, and absolutely amazing! Will be back in Sept to finish the rest!
We wanted to try a local restaurant for breakfast and picked Capital Cuisine. I ordered the scramble with sausage and it was delicious. It was covered in country gravy and the portion was very large. I could not eat it all. My husband ordered the sausage and cheese omelette. It came with breakfast potatoes that he said we very good and his omelette was very good. Only gave 4 stars as it was not cheap and only came with 1 slice of toast, otherwise it was perfect.
$4 onion rings got me two tiny rings and a med. Ball of dough. The taco salad had less than 1 inch of salad TOTAL, meat included. NEVER AGAIN!!! Save your money and go anywhere else.
My Granddaughter in the USAF told me about this place. Best "Tip of the Day" in eating places I received while visiting CYS.(for non-pilots that's Cheyenne). Eat here. You'll be pleased. But remember...this is not a fast-food "choke and puke". They custom make almost everything and that type of fine food prep does take time. If you have any questions just ask "Jordan". She has the big picture and can help you with your order. I was VERY pleased, so much so that I later returned and got more for the rest of the family. Great menus.
This ain’t nothin fancy but overall a good experience. I was told the burgers are on point, but I can’t say.
A nice variety of sandwiches, burgers, soups and a salad bar. I had the spicy chicken wrap and it was cooked very well, with a nice hit of buffalo sauce to it.
Great food, friendly people, and an all American feeling inside. Great place. Very Wyoming!
We were the first in the place for the day and the owner was very sweet and inviting. We ordered a Philly to share so he put it in two separate baskets for us! The Philly was very good, the shredded meat was not dried out, the cheese/meat/bread ratio was very good. We also had fried pickles that had a really good crunch. Normally fried pickles are sad and soggy, but these were the best I have had. We were stuck in Cheyenne due to I80 road closures and the owner offered a few possible routes we could take.
