Worst experience ever.. waited in drive threw to get my order all messed up.. too slow and they don't know how to properly take an order or give a correct order out... And what they do give looks nast
I've been eating at this Burger King for many years and I've never had any problems... Until today.. After getting our order all wrong at the drive thru, we went inside to have them fix it.. While waiting for that I went to use the restroom. The kid that was working the drive thru a few minutes earlier was in there at the sink, I did my business then waited for him to finish at the sink so I could wash my hands. When he walked out I could not believe what I was seeing !! I'm just going to let the photos tell the rest, I will say that what you see there is blood and that 6 foot tall 200 pound kid with dark brown hair and acne should not be working there. Been through the drive through here before and crew seemed to be fast, friendly and professional. Didn’t take long to get my order and they got it on point no complaints from me
This Burger King location has continually gotten worse over the years. Food is never made right or undercooked. Just avoid this location and save yourself the 30minute wait in line.
Why would the patties be cold after receiving the food. Not one. But 6 burgers were all cold to the touch. It's crazy to think that people are okay to serve food this way. And be so entitled to themselves that they don't think anything is wrong with serving food that could potentially give someone good poisoning.It's sad.
They are always short staffed. They throw a fit when they have to break large bills and the supervisor refused to break my 100 dollar bill today. If you have cash or are having to stop by for a quick lunch break , this is not the place to go.
1st and only time going to this Burger King because traveling across country. It was snowing but their drive thru was already plowed. The guy at the window was awesome!
They didn't give us the proper drinks and refused to make it right.
Food was made correctly, service was extremely nice and friendly. However it took 16mins to be served 2 burgers and a fries, little to long for my liking I'm more of a 3m5 stars for this location usually service is up to highest standard par, and it's usually pretty clean looking inside. However for a fast food place it just takes a little to long to get the orders out.
They repeated my order and gave a bit back and then told me I didn't order it even though they repeated it to me. And then when I mentioned the missing drink, the blonde man got mad and had a tone that was pretty rude to me. The food tasted a tiny bit like soap. :( Wish everything got better here this is sad
