I had 3 adult meals and one kids meal. When i finally got to the window after 15 mins. I ordered a #1 #10 & a #6. And side of mozzarella sticks. They SMOTHERED the #10 to the point where my husband can't finish it. They put 3 sandwiches 3 fries and a 8 piece mozzarella sticks in ONE bag. Of course when I got out of the car. Carry 2 bags and 3 three drinks. That bag ripped and lost half the meals. They only meal was right was the kids meal. Which was the second bag. PLUS they don't listen. I was gonna trade him for my card for one of the drinks and he literally snatched them both out of my hand. NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING BACK.
For the FIFTH time in 2 weeks, I have went to Burger King to get the same meal with a vanilla iced coffee at around 930am. Every single time I've been told that they don't have any iced coffee because "no one wanted to make it this morning", "no one wants to make it", "we have all the ingredients to make it but no one wants to make it in the morning". These are actual quotes the employee working in the drive thru told me. Wow. Just wow. What kind of employees do you have Burger King, that only does their job when they "want" to? And what else don't they "want" to do? Special orders? Clean bathrooms? Where is the Supervisor making sure the job is done?
Saturday March 26thCory took my order when they seemed extremely understaffed and backed up on dinner rush orders, he very politely adjusted my order and even upgraded my drink size for the wait. This is a team member I want to see more of!
Went through the drive through ordered 3 bacon double cheese and one regular double cheeseand a 4 piece mozzarella stick. And this is what you get. Nothing that you ordered burger wise mozzarella stick were correct. Customer services is horrible and rude. So rip you off by not supplying the correct food ordered and then basically fruad you by charging for services not recieved. Then have employees wanting increased pay for a job they cannot perform correctly.
Avoid at all costs! They rarely have more than 2 employees working. If you want to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru or dine in for a sandwich this place is for you. Not fast or good.
Was passing thru and decided to go here, shoulda read the reviews first.-Sign was turned off, went by a few times til I found it.-noone in line so thought it'd be quick, 15 minutes later I finally got my food and 5 cars were now in line.-When I got back to where I was staying realized I did not get a soda or dipping sauce.-the hamburger patty was cold, dried out and hard.-chicken patty and nuggets were also cold dried out and hard.-bread from chicken sandwich looks burnt, bread for my burger was ok.-the best part of my meal is that the fries were kinda warm but also dried out and hard.All my food was inedible.
I can't post less than one star or I would. This location is the SLOWEST I have ever been to and you are trapped once you order. I do not recommend this location unless you have 40 minutes to wait at which point I wish I would have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served quicker.
Advertised Whopper's for 37 cents each last Friday and Saturday. Get there and it's only thru the app. Not impressed
Went inside to get some food paid for it and keep seeing people that ordered after I did get their food i didn't pay just to stand there.if you jackalsses can't handle a promotion. FREAKING place is a joke unorganized
This place is THE WORST! It takes me 40 minutes to get through the drive through nearly every time I go there. The worst part is that you are trapped and can't get out. The manager Alex is SUPER rude, short with people and just slams the drive through window in your face if he doesn't feel like talking to you. He does NOT care about customers and shouldn't be managing anything. I used to love BK and went there all the time in Denver but I can rarely bring myself to go to this one because the service and management is SO BAD. If the management is so awful and it takes 40 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive through, I'm not sure you can trust the food.
