Very disappointing. The food quality was below standard. The lettuce on our sandwiches was wilted, brown. One of the burgers was supposed to have cheese and guacamole- they forgot the cheese and there was a drop of guacamole. The fries tasted as if thet were sitting all day. For being told by the manager that the food should have had two checks before being bagged, they all dropped the ball. Maybe having 5 employees at the front distracts from their tasks with food quality checks. Cheyenne keeps disappointing. This is why I go to Colorado-food quality and work ethic. And to see BWW charges for pick up orders- ridiculous! Why did I pay and leave a tip, stupid me
Waited 10 minutes and we had to ask who our server was. Placed out order wanted onion rings said they were out so we said instead of a regular fry give us a large. Got food manager brought it out to us and we said this is a large fry and he said yes but when waitress came back she said no it was a regular fry. Bad management. Alot of employees just standing around on Thier phones . Charged us for every ranch cup and charged us more to get all flats . Bad experience. Won't be back ...
Server didn't quite give us the seat we asked for. Manager had to come and tell them to. But food service was amazing.
Went in for lunch yesterday with my husband and our 4 children. Our waitress was nice enough. When it was time to get our food, only half our order came out. The other half took 20 minutes with them bringing out my husband's wings incorrectly, which resulted in him waiting another 10 minutes. Our waitress said the manager was aware of the kitchen's mess up but the manager never came over to apologize (we speculate either the manager wasn't made aware and/or it was waitress error). When the waitress handed me the bill she said "don't worry about the wings that were messed up- I took those off for you! I assumed she meant she comped my husband's order that was originally brought out incorrectly AND a half hour late. Nope, she meant the incorrect wings, as if it should be mentioned that I wouldn't pay for those.
We have ordered to-go orders from here about 7 times. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have to go back because they messed something up. We went in tonight with a very simple order. They messed it up. We went back to get it fixed, they messed it up again. Finally my husband goes to get it fixed and the manager (pretty sure his name is tyler) told my husband we were no longer welcome there because we wanted a refund and he refused it so my husband got upset. I have never been this disrespected by an establishment in my life. I will never have a single good thing to say about buffalo wild wings.
Buffalo Wild Wings, Cheyenne is our go to place to watch the Kansas City Chiefs games on Sunday. While we enjoy great service and friendly staff, the food remains sub par. Often this location is out of requested menu items or don't serve them at all yet they remain on the menu. Food can take more than 30 mins to get to our table and is often no longer hot. The quality of the food is not the same as other locations that we have frequented in other areas of the country (Kansas City, Lawrence Kansas, Warner Robins Georgia, Loveland Colorado). We have always enjoyed the young folks working the location. The food needs to match the service.

This place gets worse and worse every we eat here. Staff has always been attentive and kind, food quality is just terrible. The wings are a solid 2/10. Barely even taste like there is any kind of sauce on them, and half of them are either cold or rubbery. Fries are usually sub par as well. Shame that there’s no good wing places in Cheyenne.
On 12/18/2021 we sat down for at least 30 minutes didn’t have anyone say hey we will be right with you or anything. They weren’t even busy or understaffed.a lot of employees were standing around talking to eachother. Terrible experience everyone avoided us like we didn’t mean anything. Won’t be going back for a very long time.
Service wasn't as good as it could have been. Our server didn't do a very good job and he didn't put the order in properly. Had to speak to the manager about the service.
