Went today and the food was AMAZING QUALITY ? The lady with the blue hair at drive thru was super helpful, everything was clean and order was pristine thank you Arby's on Yellowstone great job!
The parking lot and outside area was clean, no trash even with the high winds.The inside Dining area was clean, service was fast and the counter lady / server was courteous.
The drive threw was more interested in each other then the customer's an they don't pay attention to where they are handing the food out. Don't know if I want to go to this particular Arby's

Let's start with the helpful info you guys are looking for: the posted hours are 9 pm weekdays and 10pm weekends however they very rarely are open past 8 pm during the week and 9 pm Friday-Saturday (maybe Sunday too but I'm not sure) as they're understaffed so don't get upset when you go there and they're closed... always call and verify as one time they closed at 7 due to staffing issue. Otherwise the kids that work here are pleasant and kind and they get you in and out fairly quickly.Useless personal inclusion: I come here more often than I'm willing to admit. I became obsessed with the orange cream shake over the summer and continued to visit until they discontinued that summer flavor ? I was so devastated that I didn't have a shake for a few days! Then I found out that their vanilla shake actually tastes quite similar, therefore I am once again a regular visitor. Their shakes are incredible if you couldn't deduce that from my regular patronage.
Terrible and Terrible. Have given many chances and this location always gives hard fries, have gotten sick from food, confrontation if there is an issue like food missed or payment issues, and long wait times with drive-through. I'd fire whole staff and start fresh. I spent an hour getting my order tonight ?.
