Pulled up to drive through and waited for several minutes at the speaker, guy finally starts talking to someone in the store and says they been here for five minutes. We go hello can we order, he goes yeah you've been sitting there for five minutes. I said dude you never said anything, he goes whatever what do you want. Super Rude will be going to the one up north from now on.

Ive had this happen more than once tney really need to not do this it is wrong they should not put meat on a sandwitch that looks like this

Doordash orders are always wrong and missing items. Always. I paid almost $60 just for everything to be wrong and had items missing. Thanks a lot.

drive thru left 2 sandwiches out. descovered when i got home 10min later, called. drove back recieved my 2 (cold) sandwiches, manager acted like it was my fault they messed up the order. after visiting this arby's on average once a week for over 5 years, will never go back if that manager is still employed.

in 2016 I became homeless and my mama died and unfortunate happening the Lincoln Way Arby's managed by Marty helped me through those horrible hours when I was so broke and had nothing and no one. I ate a sandwich a day from Arby's and the kindness of that store constantly gave me was beyond compare I'd go there because they're good and they always make my food right never ever ever have I run into a problem with Arby's on lincolnway. and you need to give that Marty a raise she endures hell and keeps a beautiful smile and a good happy crew.

Order this from DoorDash. Most disappointed food I have had in a long time. The meat was hard like it was over cooked or just sitting there for hours. I got the wrong fries. The cheese on both my sliders and French dip were literally plastic. They obviously don’t care about the customers what so over. 10/10 DO NO RECOMMEND!!!! Disgusting.

Tonight my other half and I had went through the drive thru and ordered well I forgot my wallet and we told the lady about it. When we came back to get the food they were absolutely friendly and caring. They made me try the fries to make sure they were still good and offered to remake them if they weren’t. Best service I have had there! ?

Not even the managers know how to work their doordash app and the workers do not communicate well with the delivery drivers. Will ignore your order if they don't have the ingredients.. and will wait for anyone else to solve their problems for them.

I've never been more appalled by customer service than the experience I just had with this Arby's. Please do not EVER order door dash through this location. The management is awful!!!

Very slow during rushes, but the quality is good. Just try to avoid if you see a line. Last I knew, very clean, as well.
