I like the deals on food and love the mucho margaritas. But customer service can be improved. My visit during Veterans’ Day2021 wasn’t that pleasant. I ordered a margarita and at about half I noticed something on the glass. At first I thought it was salt or maybe sugar so I touched it and it was actually a chip of the glass and cut my finger a little bit. I told the server about it. It took long time before he got back to me and said he told the manager about it and it’s noted. He took my drink but didn’t do anything. Oh my, the manager just noted it. Deals might come with a chipped glass and for sure the manager will take note on that.
Tryed ordering over the phone, went through the number options three times (during single phone call). Was never actually sent through to talk to someone. Ordered online, waited 30min after the time ready prompt. The steak was way under cooked, and the customer service was less than par.
Wonderful food and even better service. I recommend this location to everyone.We had steak, broccoli, fries and side salad.I have crazy food allergies, and Colby D. and the manager worked with me so nicely and I 100% appreciate their efforts.

Once someone actually took my order waited about 17 minutes for a sampler platter and a drink. No straw in my bag and the food itself was horrible! It actually made me sick! The restaurant wasn't overly clean. I've worked in an applebees before so this was a shock, not up to standards you'd expect.
A little disappointed in our visit today. The ladies restroom was not clean - the floor was so dirty my wife's shoes were sticking. Our table was not clean and we had to request it to be wiped down. The food was good, thankfully.
Was really surprised at the small portion sizes for the price. It was enough food and I realize prices have gone up, but it still seemed to cost bit much for what you get. Or at least a salad should have come with the dinner meal, which would have made the price a little more worth it.The steak I ordered was very tough and chewy.
Bad service. Ordered drinks, still didn't get them when ordered food 30nmins later. Then one of our drinks came and then our food but no drinks fir the rest of us. The bartender wasn't busy at the bar . We didn't get our food just appetizers and then left . So disappointed. This isn't the first time . But it will be my last. ?
server was nice but the food was not great. there was a bug crawling on the table after we got our appetizers and my iced tea was so sweet it was almost undrinkable. both me and my s/o are extremely nauseous after our meals
Went for lunch I ordered the house club sandwich. It was pretty good at z reasonable rate. The waitress was fast and checked on us alot. It was a good lunch
