What a great experience! The ribs were perfectly cooked, loved the rub they used for flavor, the prices were better than expected, and the service was fast and friendly.
We just had a sub par experience from start to finish. Had reservations days in advance for 10 and were seated at a table of 8 and told the would “squeeze” in extra chairs with an eye roll. I asked for more space as most of our party were adult males and not small people. Again met with eye rolls while both servers stood table side and discussed their other reservations and how they just couldn’t fit us anywhere else (understandable if we were a walk in) then said we would have to wait till the table next to us left and they would add a table. Skip forward.. all seated and drink orders come. I asked if there was flavored ice tea and my server responded “maybe”… then I said well is that a yes or no either way is fine I was just wondering she then responded “the bar has those super sweet syrups” so I asked what flavors and she said “idk” with more sighs and eye rolls. We weren’t given condiments requested or offered refills and I had to go find someone at the hostess stand for assistance. The food was also not up to normal rib and chop standards. My 13 year old remarked “the ribs are chewy mom the ribs at the airport were way better” (tgif airport ribs). My moms steak sandwich was shoe leather texture and the kids chicken strips had enough pepper to make the whole table sneeze and were inedible. My swordfish was good! That’s it! I worked for this company in Cody and Billings and I’m sad to see the service, quality and overall experience had drastically declined.Signed a very disappointed usual regular to your restaurants
Overall a good place to eat and waste time while waiting on the bigger events of the day... but when it comes right down to it a person will seamlessly waste their life and potential working for some one with a hard on for firing employees based on what HE THINKS. Even Ms. Armstrong at T.C. wouldn't put up with that kind of work environment. Yet when all else fails, fast food still marches on. Your Perception is valid.
Food very over seasoned service needs to be trained. Ordering using words like."Do you know what you want?" And no problem are not proper when dinner is $80.00 without any liquor. Paper napkins like McDonald's uses for $46.00 steak
First visit to this chain. I found it useful that they had some reasonable portion sizes - 7oz sirloin was very good and the whole meal was a manageable size. Good experience and service - would recommend.
Waitress was nice but fold was nothing to rave about. Certainly wasn't worth the money. Plenty of other places in Casper that are better.
Great customer service. Our waitress was excellent! The entire restaurant is beautiful and clean. I ordered the Alfredo with chicken &broccoli. I was not disappointed. If you're in Casper, give them a try! Would definitely go back.
The service levels were terrible. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizer thankfully the manager wrote it off the bill. The steaks were delicious food was great they just need better trained wait staff and maybe more of them but he doesnât right now?
Really good food and fast service. Everything was clean and the workers were friendly.
We had a wonderful birthday dinner here. The server was outstanding and the food delicious.
