I recently stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Casper, WY. Of course the hotel is what you can expect from a Hilton Garden Inn but the customer service was impeccable. I arrived very late in the evening and the night shift front desk attendant was very kind. The next morning the front desk attendant, Kelsey, was so welcoming. Asking about how we slept and even providing a small toy for my 5yr old. Our waitress for breakfast was also very welcoming and attentive providing prompt friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for my family's 1st stay. Everyone made us feel welcomed. Our room was well cleaned and they made it easy for our 8 week old puppy too. He got much loved. Our room was next to the pool which my daughter absolutely loved. Will recommend to anyone and will be coming back aoon.

Surprisingly better than adequate hotel food. I just got the burger and fries, but the burger had a nice char and was done perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy. And much more convenient than going somewhere else. Definitely worth a shot.

We had fabulous service from all the hotel staff. Breakfast was great tasting and served quickly. The room was spacious and clean. I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area. There was ample parking at this hotel. Hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and services.

I would give them a zero if I could and the Hilton garden suck as well never will I ever go back!!

Stayed here 1 night on our way back from Bozeman to Denver. Got in slightly late around 7pm. Had a bar/grill open till 10 I believe. Had the steak sandwich which was very good. The hotel staff were super friendly. Have a shuttle that will take you to some places near by if you didn’t want to drive. Tons of parking. Had no issue parking my 45ft coach there. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This hotel falls below expectations. It has been in decline for years. Doesn’t even meet pandemic expectations. Staff seem poorly trained. Should not be customer facing with the limited experience they exhibit.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The Unfortunately we were unable to have breakfast but in the past have found it to be very good.pool and hot tube was very clean, warm and enjoyed by both of us.

I ordered the Mobley Burger, with bacon, cheese and french fries...Burger was cooked to perfection...Waitress was excellent... professional but chatty and personal at the same time...

Need to keep equipment in rooms upgraded and in serviceable order. Need to keep all Temp control equipment working in proper order. Dinning room needs better temp control as well. We were freezing during breakfast.
