This place was hit and miss for my friend and I, food was good. First night we went in we had Matt Crakaal which was by far some of the best service I have ever gotten in the state of wyoming 15 out of 10 by far, extremely knowledgeable of the menu/drinks attentive to every table even though the host overseated him. Now onto our second night, service was much slower food was still good however our bartender/server *katie* Lindsay is what is on the ticket was more worried about serving the people she knew, taking shots with regulars and was just slow at service. Now onto the worst part my buddy and I were finally given our checks after a short wait, we put our cards down and the bartender/server took our cards and went to another customer, sat our cards down walked away, made another drink then rang up one of our tickets and brought it to us asking if she grabbed the other card as she had dropped the other one, while "looking" for his debit/credit card she was still more worried about making other drinks and helping others instead of finding the card, a couple others came to help and then a girl came over to us who we later found out was named Taylor (spelling may be off) and said she was still looking for the card while the server who lost the card was getting more drinks made and when we asked twice for a manager cause *katie* Lindsay was clearly making another drink instead of looking for his card Taylor just said oh well there is drinks that need made and she is looking for it and walked away, they reduced his bill a little more than $4 and came to find out the manager we asked for twice was Taylor who at that point had ran off into the back to avoid the issue. Now if Matt Crakaal is there I would most definitely go back only if he was the server as again 15 out of 10 that guy is absolutely amazing at his job and I would be willing to bet if he was manager on the second night things would have been different but after our second night it will take a lot for me to ever consider this a place to go to again.
A hidden gem. All ages are welcomed in the billiard hall and their food is amazing and affordable! This is one of my favorite places to go with my family and friends.
If you like eating in a dirty restaurant you will love this place. Ordered chicken fried steak, gravy was canned and very salty. The instant mashed potatoes were what one would expect. The salad was brown, I suspect it came out of the bag that way
Great experience here. Staff was super friendly and nice. The bartender was attentive and took personal time to serve and make you feel taken care of. I had food to go and mine was excellent! With things how they are in the food industry they like most places seem to be struggling with staffing and organization. Use some patience when waiting for your food and you will not be disappointed. overall a nice place.
Our reservation wasn't wrote down, no biggie things happen, they got us a table. We were the first one's there and I got my supper last. It was a salad and still last. Like 20 minutes after every once else as mine was forgotten. No may I offer you a free soda just late. Three other meals were served with part of the dish so what was made would stay warm. They were all but full by the time the rest came out. The food however was good.
Bartenders might want to consider learning math or having a calculator present with them. I presented my ID; I am above the age of 21 and the bartender told me I was not…. She sees my confused face and I ask her “are you sure?” So she checked again and just threw it down in front of me. Couldn’t say sorry and was rude the rest of the time I was there. Appalled at the behavior.
We visited on a quiet night…. Meals were very slow compared with most other places and we didn’t order meals that normally take long to produce. For the price, quality and ambiance both of us didn’t feel it hit the mark. It wasn’t bad- but it wasn’t good Not sure why wait staff can’t recall bourbon or whisky variety’s that are available? Would we go again? We wouldn’t rush back…….. talking with other locals they same the same thing! It’s hit and miss…….

Top sirloin was cooked well. Came with a Ceasar salad that was majority croutons with way too much dressing. Was gross. Fries were under cooked. Was recommended by the front desk staff at the hotel next door. I should have gone else where. Won't be back.
One of the best prime ribs I've ever had!I love the unique rub they use.Staff was awesome as well!I can't wait to bring my friends there if we're in town.
