Great food, amazing service, very reasonable prices.
Went to this restaurant after graduation in Casper, Wy. The food was excellent the service was quite good but felt hurried. Very tasty Bread rolls with a special butter. Yummy. Appetizers then food. No room in the table because everything came at once. Salad, steaks appetizers. All of it within a few minutes of each other. Nit really a complaint just an observation. Highly recommend this establishment. I rarely. give a 5 star as there is always room for improvement. Thank you Texas road house for a wonderful meal on such a special occasion.
So I ordered prime rib ordered it medium and I get it well done and dry twice in a row the first you can tell was under the heating lamp way to long and the second cut was a end piece and they slopped the cheese and mushrooms from the first prime rib on to the second cut worst experience I have had at a Texas Roadhouse. The manager did end up removing the cost of it but sure seems like the cooks aren’t very experienced to handle the work they do.

Emme the server has great service. I enjoyed the food too. I had the Country Fried Sirloin. I asked for brown gravy instead of the white gravy. They got it correct. I had the loaded potato soup. This was delicious. I had so much food I needed a to go box. I recommend Texas Road House. There are also options for people that do not eat red meat. You can call ahead and make a reservation.

Great service and great food. We went at a later time and had a great time as a family. The food did take longer to come out than we expected though.
Ordered a porterhouse tasted just like I was eating tablespoonfuls of salt, manager asked how it was, I was honest and let her know that it was way to salty. Her response was that we need to let them know to go light on the season when we ordered. Okay three bites for 30 plus dollars thank you never again. Nothing done to try to make it right. Thank you texas roadhouse.
We showed up at 9 pm with a bus full of high school basketball players. We had been turned away from other places and the girls were starving. Even though they told us upfront they were short staffed, they took us on, and promised those girls they wouldn't be hungry any more. As soon as we were seated, they started with the rolls, and the girls were so thankful! The service was top notch and the food was good. We were in and out in just over an hour. Highly recommend!!
We received service that far exceeded the industry's standard. After an exhausting day of traveling in blizzard-like conditions, our waiter, Randy, was accommodating, attentive and courteous without being at the table the whole time. I was impressed many reasons one of which was how busy it was at the time. As a bussiness owner, I say KUDOS to the team and to management's ability to display such a high standard of customer service. I will be back every time I go through Casper and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to be treated lime they are the only one that matters. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
