To start, there were no customers at the store when we pulled up, we thought they were closed. Lol. They weren't thankfully, but, I have an idea why no one was there when we began ordering. It seemed like everything we wanted to order they did not have available. So we all just ordered tacos. You would all think why I'm giving 3 stars then? 2 reasons, first, the customer service from the cashier was awesome. He was extremely empathetic and sorry that nothing was available. Second ... Potato Oles, I mean that alone is enough for a 5 star review right? I know it's not the stores fault that they were out of everything, but a heads up with a sign on the counter would have been nice.

Just enjoy paying full price for 2 burritos. Only to receive 2 burritos half filled. Taco John's must be charging their own inflation... Absolutely, terrible. Will not be visiting this location for a while.
Never answer their phone. I called three times, NO RESPONSE. I left a voicemail complaining
We ordered some beef burritos and a 6-pack and a pound. The burritos had about a finger width of meat on them and the tacos had less. The iced tea had no flavor. Worst TJ's I ever ate at.

Drive thru customer, spent over 20 bucks, got home, missing burrito and 2 tacos. Hire better employees that don't make those kind of mistakes. Money doesn't grow on trees.
I complained about their beans making me sick. They promised to replace my order. When I asked for it to be replaced the managers just play games. One star. Buyer beware.
Food was good service was decent but floors were dirty
