I consistently have issues with this location. always missing sauces and items and tonight was no different. the kicker tonight though was my quesadilla wasn't even cut. like how does that even happen?
Carmen T in the window was amazing! And the young man who took our order was splendid. They both had amazing customer service. Carmen asked that I do the survey, and told me how to, but i forgot and have resorted to an online review. The service here is always top notch, and the food is normally spectacular!!
You charged me $1.65 for tomato on 3 tacos …. This is what I got for my money …. A total of 8 pieces of tomato for 3 tacos

Got home....order was completely wrong...tried to call the store...no one will answer...super disappointed...
Hate leaving bad reviews but they ignored us on three separate occasions when we came for convenience, we can also hear them bad mouthing us. The customers who’ve been waiting a long time. It’s a bit backwards. Hopefully we don’t have to stop here again.

My experience at the cy taco bell in casper was horrifying. I stood inside this restaurant to pick up a order for awhile and every employee ignored me. My order i discovered was sitting on the counter. So i took my order and left. And about 10 min later had discovered i had forgotten the drink so i returned to the store where i had once again had stood for at least 10 min with every employee ignoring me. I had to yell to see if anyone worked the front counter. After a few minutes longer i got my drink and was done with this store for good.
