I was treated extremely rudely by an employee tonight, really nasty attitude and had no reason to raise her voice. I had my autistic child with me and raised voices scare him. Lucky I didn’t call security!

Great sandwiches and nice people.

They don't put enough meat and cheese on sandwiches and sliced so thin you can see thru it.

the woman who helped us (heather). super rude for no reason. lots of attitude when we were ordering. i get that some people have bad days but, when you work in customer service you have to deal with it. won't come here ever again. 👎

Went to this location and was more than disgusted. Customer service was non existent Heather probably shouldn't be working with customers as she was VERY RUDE AND SHORT with us. This location didn't have any white bread and when asked what bread was available she pointed to the menue and said all but white. My niece asked for asked for a meatball sub and was told they didn't have that either. Instead of suggesting another tasty sandwich Heather got frustrated. My niece (11) got a little nervouse and didn't feel comfortable talking to Heather so I had to help her order. My daughter's sub was requested toasted and when she opened it up the cheese was not even melted let alone warm. My niece asked for hot sauce and Heather accidentally put mustard and when she realized what she did she wasn't very happy, didn't apologize, rolled her eyes and made another that was less than desirable and sloppy. We paid for sandwiches, drinks and chips. We then walked to the fountain drink station. My daughter got lemonade which turned out to be water, my soda looked flat so I tasted it as well as every soda available and to no avail they were all flat. I walked back over to the counter and notified Heather of the problem she replied "We've had a lot of complaints about that and our soda distributor has come and tested it and it was actually PERFECT". I then asked for a refund for the drinks she then replied (with an attitude) " I'll have to call my manager so she can do it because I can't", I said I would wait. Heather did not make a call on the phone not did she walk to the back and get said manager she just gave me my refund. I would appreciate to be reached by a manager and given a full refund (28.84) for such an undesirable experience. For that price I am also paying for good customer service which was not rendered. For the time being I would recommend patrons purchase from a different location.

Not impresed and I love subway. Workers need more training not that thats their fault but seems unprofessional in general.
