My sister went into this shop thinking she would be getting the sandwich she requested and going in there to times first time was missing tomatoes and then the second time was missing the correct type of chicken so I don’t know who runs this place but that’s so rude we pay for what we’d like on our sandwich I think it needs to come with what we asked

Disgusted and outraged. Do not eat here. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Who does that? Sir, when you pull your mask out in order to spit, it is very very obvious. I felt so bad for the guy buying that sandwich that I had to stop him in the parking lot and tell him not to eat what he ordered. I bought him a meal at the McDonald’s across the street instead. Its 2021, a pandemic, and Steven need to grow up because he isn’t a kid anymore.. just a nasty adult in food service. See pic for full review.
Its an older truck stop. Could use some updating/remodeling. Pretty much what to expect from Subway.
I've eaten at a lot of Subways. Some are great, some not so much. This one was terrible. We were there at 11AM. We were not their first customers. I asked for a meatball sandwich on white. They did not have meatballs, so I asked for a ham sandwich on white. The bread was stale. My wife ordered a turkey sandwich on wheat, and it was also stale. Additionally, the tables were dirty. One of the 2 kids working there went to lunch at 11:15, leaving his partner there to handle the place alone. The kids that were working there were fine. I suspect the problem is with management.
So bad
The guy who made our wraps was great at his job. He is the best wrap maker from Wyoming to Michigan. Tried and true. Also, it was nice and clean in there.
Food and employees are great!
