Super slow super rude and did not give priority to delivery drivers even when I had mentioned that chin dad I had an order for a delivery and my customers have been waiting for at least 45 minutes 5 minutes. There was at least 20 people that went in-and-out before I got my delivery order. They need to work on their customer service and they were rude to customers that came in
We went there yesterday at 530 pm. The sandwiches were served on stale bread. Very little meat. Why are you serving stale bread? My friend had a hot sandwich and the bread was completely dried out. I had a cold sandwich and the bread was totally old! Bad experience.
The Subway on Center Street, the employee that was working was rude, didn't say please and thank you and put way too much salt and pepper on my sandwich. Another customer came in and she sighed rudely. Just terrible service.
Your sign says 9 and it 9:15, I call and you say I'm not opening for another 15 to 20 minutes.
The staff at this center street is rude . The First Lady I got she was especially rude says her name is Kaitlynn well I ordered a feast sandwich that I suppose they don’t carry anymore but according to the online thing I looked upYou can still get it so anyways she was rude and snappy them overcharged me and she definitelyShould not be dealing with the public if she can’t handle it I wasn’t rude to her so she had no reason to be the way she was . I called back after my visit when I noticed I didn’t get my cookies I was charged and paid for and al she could do was be rude again and snappy saying they are closed so I asked her what do I come in to get them tomorrow and she said “ I don’t know what to tell you “ so that obviously wasn’t the right answer for me because I don’t payout money for nothing and I will be going there tomorrow to get my cookies and I hope I can speak to a Manager or maybe call corporate because I’ve been visiting subway for many years and have not been to this one in quite some time but tomorrow will be the last time I ever visit this location. The second person who corrected my sandwich was awesome and pleasant to talk with so if you can get more people like her it would be a more pleasant place to visit . She is the best.
Came in around 3:30 PM on 9-16-2021. I was immediately surprised that she was like (uh more people). Very rude as we went through the whole process. Hopefully, she has a better day :)
Food is good as usual, no surprises here. The staff is however not super friendly. Not rude, but it felt like they were in a big hurry and wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. And four of us were the only ones there.
Friendly staff, efficient service. My salad was excellent! It was easy to access from the interstate. It was also easy to park and the restrooms were nice.
I always like the steak and cheese sandwiches
