West side Starbucks is never open, not due to Covid but bad management. The crew was amazing for years and years, but over the past 16 months they have become absolutely horrible.
I asked for a venti mocha cookie crumble, and in return I got a grande. This drink didn’t have any chocolate syrup, or cookie crumble at the top, nor did it have whipped cream at the bottom. This place is constantly closed, or hours have changed randomly and they’re slowly going downhill. Customer service was good.
Love the service and staff here! They make my coffee perfect too. The new manager is so friendly too. She along with her staff have such great attitudes.
If it’s not watered down drinks, it’s the forgotten food. I suppose some of fault is mine for not checking everything before I drive off, but Is remembering 2-4 items too much to ask?
Ordered a matcha latte. Was in line for 17 minutes before I got to the window. Another 5 minutes at window. My latte smelled and tasted like FISH. I threw it away. Never again
Slowest starbucks in town, even if you mobile order. They are also most likely to get my drink wrong. I’d rather drive across town.
Its a terrible world when the starbucks in your town cant make the drinks correctly!!!?Edit- drop a star for messing up a third drink in 2 weeks...honestly they never get it right anymore!Last two times I've went drinks were WRONG! one was hot instead of iced, now I have an iced drink filled with cow milk when I said SOY. BE A REAL STARBUCKS AND LISTEN/CONFIRM ORDERS, please.
Great Starbucks! Super friendly staff. Current hours are 6am-1pm.
Worst Starbucks ever, constantly closed. The employees are nice, but it seriously sad that corporate does nothing to fix opening times. Seriously I don't even go anymore due to infrequent opening times.
Waited in line for 30 minutes to pay 12$ for horrible food and burned coffee.... ridiculous
