Rave Cy Starbucks they were super nice this morning even with the red cup event and despite having 2 very rude customers in this morning. Also just a P.S.A please be nice to people in customer service it is the holiday season and they don’t get paid enough to deal with you being pushy and rude!
They are pretty good fast as well so really no complaints

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, I ordered a matcha Frappuccino and while I was waiting for my order they talked about how matcha taste like grass clippings. One girls name was Maggie the other didn’t have a name tag but she also just stood there on her phone while Maggie made my drink.
No consistency, vanilla sweet cream cold brew, should be simple enough right? It’s either too sweet to drink n ends up in the trash or not enough cream n tastes terrible. Rarely do they get it right to where it’s just “good”, certainly never been amazing. Was going there daily for last month, yesterday was the last day I’ll throw a drink in the trash. Too many good coffee shops around to waist money here.✌️✌️

i asked for a mango dragonfruit lemonade. and when they gave it to me i went to give it back because it was a clear drink with just ice. and she said oh yeah we dont have the dragonfruit. i said i dont want it then thats my favorite part. and said have a good day. so dissapointed. It would be smart to let your customers know your out of product so they dont pay for something they dont want. completley changes the flavor and it wasnt purple either.
