Sherrie's had a great lunch. It is obviously a local hangout. Nothing "chain" about it. The variety of the menu was excellent. Lots of different types of meals available. I had a burrito with Christmas sauce -- red and green chili. Even though it was tame spice-wise, it tasted fresh and good. Our waitress was very friendly and we even got one of their rolls to go, along with some of their butter sauce.
Absolute MUST when in Casper for lunch. We were passing through and stopped for lunch with family. It was a great fit for everyone, including our two young kids. Service was amazing and the food was incredible. Portion sizes are gigantic (the club sandwich will feed 2 people, promise. My husband is a giant and only ate half). I asked about the bread pudding and was given a full serving on the house. You must also ask for a side of their Cajun sauce. It's like honey mustard but better. We would have bought it by the bottle.
We had lunch, travelling thorough Casper. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Portion sizes very generous and the food is delicious - meals and desserts! Can tell it's very popular with the locals - for good reason!

Oh, such a treasure this place is. Our first visit was another home run for TripAdvisor, leading us to a hidden gem with old fashioned care and exceptional food. They close at 2 PM and we were seated quickly at 1 PM during a busy lunchtime. The locally sourced home-style sandwiches and chicken were superb, with great fries and tots. I loved the bread pudding. Recommended!

Sherry's place and staff are so welcoming and they have such great cinnamon rolls. They can easily stand to raise their prices as the bill was the cheapest meal injad in such a long time but it was handed high quality food.
If you are in Casper WY, be sure to stop at Sherrie’s Place! It is a favorite of the locals. Great food!! Homemade rolls, French fries, & mashed potatoes. Good coffee! Causal dining with an emphasis on fishing decor. If you are in Casper WY, make Sherrie’s Place your stop for breakfast or lunch!
If I lived in Casper, I'd be here at least once a week. Friendly servers, like family and great food selection. A regular down home place with great food. The Green Chili pepper Chili was excellent. I liked eating there. Seems like the local hangout. Stop in for great food and service. Very reasonable too.
Accidently discovered this little restaurant. I'm in Casper a couple of times a year and this place will be on my list every time. Small diner, community feel, very friendly, diverse menu and wonderful food. If you have to stand in line, do it.
