Normally I like Qdoba, but the last few times my wife and I have been there they have either had very little of the fajita veggies, or none at all. The last time we were there it was a Saturday, around 12:30. It was a bit busy, but when I made it to the counter I looked and saw the tray for the fajita veggies was not only empty, but it was completely clean. So, on what I assume is a pretty busy day, at the height of the lunch rush, they had decided to not even make any fajita veggies. The kid working the counter said it would take about 20 minutes to get some since they didn't even have any prepared. That will be the last time we visit either Qdoba.
99% of the time the service is superb & the food is always excellent, but this time around the service was just ok. The employees were not that friendly & seemed like they just wanted to get us through the line(even though we were the only ones there at the time), checked out & on our way. However the part that concerns me the most is the fact the some pieces of chicken on my Son’s burrito was still half raw, which he ended up just throwing it away. The cook obviously didn’t check to make sure all the chicken was cooked properly before chopping it up for the front & the employee serving us didn’t pay any attention to it as well. Also, when she was putting the steak on top of my rice bowl, I asked if the steak was even fully cooked because it was extremely pinker then normal & the outside part was pretty much completely black & burnt. The girl taking care of me barely looked at the steak pieces & just said “it’s medium rare.” So I took her word for it. Well when I got home I ended up nuking the steak from each of the rice bowls before eating any of it because it clearly wasn’t fully cooked either. I’m not at all impressed this time around & extremely disappointed especially since I ended up paying close to $48-$50 in total for all the food…

It was good and the salsa wasn’t too bad either.. I had a steak burrito
They prepared my food fast and efficient, 10/10 for everything clean,people,food just the overall environment is fun and full of good energy definitely will be returning:)
My manager door dashed from here, the dasher never actually delivered. Although it said they did. Called the store, on hold for 10 min. Then called again, no answer. Finally got them to answer, and they said the manager wasnt there. (We heard the manager in the background, and the employee even talked to them and said "my manager said it went out") I THOUGHT THEY WERENT THERE? No food, no refund, no cares for us at all.Other times ive eaten here, I've been given PITIFUL amounts of rice, beans. The burritos are always loaded! But the bowl....like 1/4 of that, same price. Garbage service.
