I love Qdoba and it is great but whoever has been cutting the cilantro for your rice might want to use a knife instead of karate chops? My 2-year-old could get a finer dice on that cilantro with his plastic kitchen set. It is so off-putting to bite into a whole bushel of cilantro. I could rent about your cilantro for 15 hours straight. Swear to God. Other than that, this restaurant is always super clean and the staff is always very friendly and the food is always extremely good. Bring back the barbecue sauce though
Went in the other night at around 8:30PM and there was no one in line and the staff were all working hard a young man I think his name was Sam took my order and kept me engaged in the ordering process the entire time and made the experience one of the best I have had at this store in a while also want to shout-out Payton at this store as well always friendly always upbeat both Sam and Payton make me want to come back and eat here more often
Good food that you get a choice in what you want when it is made. I had had an upset stomach that day, so I was able to choose the ingredients that wouldn't be upsetting to my stomach. My food was great and satisfying.
It's not a problem for other restaurants to refund an entire purchase if a mistake was made in charging a customer, and then charge the customer the correct amount - but apparently here, they're unable to. Seems like a change in policy is necessary. The owner, Michelle Jacobson is also extremely rude and condescending even though her business was in the wrong.
Ordered online and was not ready by the pickup time. Also none of our burritos were right? Missing ingredients and we also ordered chips and queso and was told no one was there to make the chips so they were out. No offer of refund was given. This place has really gone down hill. Needless to say we will not be going here anymore…

The food is always amazing. They're fast even when it's busy and very friendly. One of my favorites.
The manager is the hidden gem at this location. When things are wrong she admits it and makes it up to the customer. Invaluable.
The menu has changed to eliminate several of my favorites. Mexican gumbo and craft 2. The dining area was dirty and the Al fresco dining area had no sun shading.
