Been getting pizza from here for years, but today after waiting 50 minutes for our pizzas we find out they messed up our order completely. Called them and was told they could fix it but we won't get it for 2 hours! I'm sorry but if you mess up an order that should be your first priority not not tell them to wait for over 2 hours. Will probably not go back there again
They are pretty decent but more than half the time I'm disappointed because they don't follow the instructions. I always ask for my pizza well done and they almost never do it. Last time I ordered from the there they put like 5 pieces of spinach on my entire large pizza.
We just tried the New York style pizza. It's not much different than the original.
We ordered the New York pizza and expected it to be average for a chain pizza. We were blown away by the perfect pizza it was and the price was great as well. It arrived promptly and piping hot. Thanks to the crew , keep up the great work!
Always great pizza and Tom Mills is the best delivery guy in Wyoming!
Like their choices. If you like pizza you probably will like this place.
Bad service bad and cashier did not know what he was doing
I bought 2 pizzas at this place 6 months ago. It was very undercooked. I complained and they made me one small pizza, still undercooked. I called the next day, the manager said she would let the corporate office know and list it under a safety violation cos I mentioned I got sick later the day I got it. Never heard from anyone. Called corporate to tell them, they said they would tell district. Nope, no word, no call. Shameful!
One star. Pizza made me sick. Found bug in food, when I complained nothing happened. Corporate just refers u back to store manager. I ordered 2 pizzas and I got sick, will never go back again.
I waited almost two hours for cold pizza and terrible service. When I finally got my pizza, I asked for plates and the employee, who seemed to also be in charge, acted like they didn't have any. He also gave a free drink to a customer who had waited less time than me, and the customer pointed out that I had been there longer. The worker ignored the customer on this. I grabbed napkins and left. The kid who had waited just as long brought plates out to me and apologized. He had better customer service and he didn't even work there!
