The place looked sketchy. There aren’t many choices and nothing is fresh let alone properly kept at safe temps. The place needs to be shut down or taken over and ran properly.All ingredients are in large metal containers sitting on beds of ice and completely full. There is only 6-8 sauces to choose from. Which doesn’t really matter because when you hand your bowl over to the cook he dumps at least 4-5 cups (guess as it’s poured from a bottle with no lid) on your food. My partner even told him no and he did it anyway.The place is dirty. No employee was wearing gloves. The food was pushed around the grill one bowl at a time with a dirty wooden stick. So if you have food allergies DONT GO!!! The grill and the stick aren’t cleaned in between bowls. The stick is just placed in a 5 gallon bucket.We gave it a try, at two bites, paid, left and order dominos. I love places like this BUT THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE
Yikes. I have been to quite a few other Mongolian grills and this one doesn't compare. It's sketchy, doesn't look well cared for, and doesn't look like it could pass a health inspection. It tasted okay and I didn't get sick ??♀️ .... But I wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love this place!! Every time I'm visiting nearby, I come in. I love the selection of ingredients, and they have an awesome selection of sauces.
Good experience for Casper but doesn't hold a candle to other Mongolian Grills I have been to. Ingredients are not fresh, meat is frozen solid when you pick it. I like the concept of Mongolian Grills and think this is a good option for Casper residents, just wish they would have fresher ingredients.
Great service and so much food. I love being able to personalize exactly what I want that day.
Good food, restaurant needs a good cleaning
Food was good, but expensive. The building is dated and needs upgrades. Hard to do with current times.
Atmosphere is lacking, floors, dishes, high chairs, walls etc. were dirty. Not sure I saw one area that was clean. Food was not good at all. Little options and hardly anything is labeled.Worst part of all, an employee was touching the noodles with his bare hands! Put my food on the grill and then left it there while he walked around doing other things. Vegetables looked very old and dry, but couldn’t tell you how they tasted as I wasn’t willing to try them. My fiancé got a bowl of steak and mushrooms because he wasn’t willing to try anything else worried he would get sick. Overall we should have just left.
Very very good food. First time there so I wasn't exactly sure what to do, but the staff was helpful and very accommodating.Will be back next time I go through Casper
