Every time I go into Metro Coffee Co., no matter the location, I am always pleasantly surprised with the wonderful service, carefully thought out suggestions and delicious drink I leave with in my hand. East side is clean and very atentative to customers, downtown is exactly the same! So glad you switch up your employees at each store... seems like I always catch the best in everyone when I enter your establishment! Thanks for providing a quality product and wonderful experience!
I had a casual business meeting here. Apparently I was the only business person there at that time (afternoon) lol. A few teens and characters were about. The servers were quick and coffee good. The random furnishing from the 50's, 60's and 70's were a delight to view. If you want a coffee house vibe, this is the place for you.

This is great coffee joint don’t get me wrong but for the past three times that I’ve been to the downtown location the atmosphere has been unwelcoming. I came in with a positive vibe but the gal that took my order didn’t seem like she wanted to even be there nor interact with me. The only good part was the gal that made my drink and of course my drink. she actually smiled at us and wished us a good day.
Great service with a nice unique selection of signature coffee, teas and food.I went to work on my studies later in the evening and was glad they were still open. I wished; the power plug-ins were more accessable, wifi was easier to access on my laptop and the furniture was a little more comfortable and updated.All-in-all, it's a nice place to grab a sip, a bite to eat, and to get together to socialize.Definitely recommended!
The owner is rude, flippant, and makes it clear that he does not care if he loses your business. It was an issue they couldn’t resolve, but could have been handled with some display of understanding. Will not be returning to any of his locations, even as a local Casper resident who prefers local businesses over chains any day of the week. Will make it known the local coffee shops that I prefer.
THE COFFEE IS BEST IN TOWN; and esp the staff, esp for one girl in particular, she’s has blonde hair, and is beyond RUDE, barely speaks, closes the window before you barely grab your drink, won’t answer your questions, i don’t understand why she acts like that, but other than her; this place is 10/10!
