I really like this Mc Donald’s. I can’t stand all the people on here who expect Michelin Star service from a fast food place. Frankly this is the only Mc Donald’s in Casper I like. Their food always tastes as if it isn’t a few days old. The other McDonald’s unfortunately can’t say that. The staff are very friendly although rushed like anyone in that line of work. The only complaint I have is that McDonald’s doesn’t allow me to tip them. This is obviously no fault of the restaurant or employees but shame on corporate for that. These people are working really hard and I don’t like not having the option to tip.
Normally the service and the app isn't terrible. But this time I had major issues due to false advertising. I had used the app to get me a regular McChicken and NO WHERE did it say hot and spicy. I can't do spicy to to it triggering my bad acid reflux and ot makes me very sick to my stomach. So when I heard it was a hot and spicy one I knew there was a mistake. I brought it to their attention thst the app said a regular but they didn't do anything about it and basically brushed it off like it was no big deal. I won't be going back or using the app untill it is corrected.
For was fresh. The cashier was friendly the whole place was clean. If I lived in Casper it would be the only one I attend.

All of the McDonald's in casper wy has the dumbest owners and THE SLOWEST STAFF they are scared to open the dining room and truth be told they could not handle the flow of traffic, so disappointing the need to fire all the staff and start over
Sat in the drive thru lame for 15 minutes meanwhile every single car was getting their order taken and I wasnt getting the time of day if I could give them zero stars I would 0/10
McDonald's is one of those necessary evils we have to live with. Lol. I crave the junk just like every one else. Also I have seen so many interesting situations in the drive through. Nothing makes people more angry than when one line moves faster than the other and it's not equally fair between lane 1 and 2. Don't worry we will all have our turn to poison ourselves fast enough.
So we Order through door dash..which costs more..fine..we wanted convenience. Asked for extra cheese and onions on a big Mac I was craving. What I got was six cold slices of cheese on a cold sandwich ? this is just laziness and poor service
Food was fresh. The lobby is always closed though. The cashier ladie at the window was nice. Went on a Sunday around 4:00 and it wasn't that busy.
So always good and never a disappointment.
