Spent 25 minutes in the Casper Wyoming Boulevard locations drive through, no one took my order while close to 20 cars moved through the inside lane. Went to the window to place my order and politely let them know the outside lane was not working. Instead of taking my order and thanking me for letting me know about the issue, the attendant argued with me and told me my story could not possibly be true. Left and went to another chain to order my breakfast.
Order Uber eats from them was missing two of my items, two Mc.chickens called to ask they said I had to contact Ubers because they didn’t put them in the bag the bag wasn’t tampered with so I know they didn’t put them in the lady was very rude and said in a nasty way “ I know we put them in the bag” well if you did they would be in the bag never spending money to a*shole people again and making sure to tell people too
Manager on duty at 5PM on May 29th accused my wife and I of stealing drinks. We were just filling up our sodas after our meal that we paid to eat. When telling her we just paid for our meal and she was the one who delivered it to us… She got extremely aggressive towards me for her mistake. No one in the whole building had name tags and she would not give me her name either… wow… just a terrible and offensive situation.
Absolutely appalled, been in customer service myself for 9 years.As I was paying at the second window, I was absolutely in shock at how these employees were being talked to, I was uncomfortable enough I asked for a refund and am writing this review in your parking lot.To the gentleman in the suits, how do you stand around while your employees are being verbally abused?Not only will I never support this franchise, I will be going higher and higher with my complaint until it's not only heard, but remedied.Until next time.?
Finally the lobby is open! Be gone covid-19! Next visit hopefully Playland will be open. This is a must when we visit our Grandchildren traditions are important for all.
Just gotta luv order fish sandwich no tarter sauce, attached little white paper says No TARTER SAUCE and it comes piled with tarter sauce. Hope the garbage enjoyed it cuz we didn't........

Now that I decided to leave a review at Wendy’s, I guess I’ll come over here and bring up my experience the other day. I don’t usually like to complain, but please cook the fries beyond soft/limp/dripping disgustingness. The fries are the only reason I come, usually. Just because when they’re done, they’re AMAZING!! But 9 out of 10 visits, that is not the case unfortunately. And I understand trying to keep drivethru times down, but now that people aren’t pulling forward to wait nearly as much, FINISH THE FRIES!!! We really don’t mind waiting if it’s on point.P.S. my husband would love for a double Big Mac to be an option, with a little extra sauce for the extra meat. Thank you!!! Hahaha
My sister and I were having a really broke day, but we got REALLY hungry while running errands in town. We counted our pennies, and decided to get a couple of meals at the drive thru here. We drove up to the booth to pay, and the cashier told us that her manager, who was in the vehicle ahead of us, paid for one of our meals. The cashier said he randomly does this all the time. Because of him, we were able to afford a few more dollars of groceries. We'll never forget this act of kindness.
