Stopped to eat here as it was near our hotel and we were hungry. We were seated quickly and staff brought chips with salsa and also a bean dip, both delicious. We ordered margaritas and I have to say, they were sooo good, best I’ve had in a long time! Was told by bar staff that they make their margarita mix on site. Ordered fajitas and taco salad, both delicious! Our server provided excellent service. From start to finish, a great meal. Highly recommend!
The food is good and the portions are great. The chips and salsa were great. Seems a little pricey comparatively but I'll be back. I also will add that the table service was absolutely excellent.
145 dollars later. Didn't get exactly what we ordered, we have tried four times eating here and ordering online. Can't believe you don't get chips and salsa for free, like you do when you eat at the restaurant. So almost 200 dollars later and no sauce on a enchilada for a kid dish. No chips, chicken taste bad. Really disappointed.
Good Mexican food and service.
I’ve only been in town for a short while, but I’m THRILLED I was directed to this place! The Albuquerque Sauce on the Cheese Enchiladas (my absolute fav!) is like a party in your mouth! The chips are great and the guacamole has a little kick. I highly recommend going g to this place OFTEN! I’m sure you’ll see me there!
I had La Cocina today and honestly the fry on my chimi is the only reason they get a two. The beef used was definitely some days old and had seriously no veggies or seasoning. Hispanic food is known for flavor so not to even add salt is something else. Used to be my favorite spot in high school but has definitely dipped.
Great food and the portion sizes and good. The alcoholic drinks ? ? are a little over priced and prices aren't shown clearly $10 margaritas close to a martini size.

Hands down the best Mexican food around. The owners and staff are good people and take great pride in putting out great food. Can't go wrong dining at La Cocina. Need Jim to open one in Cheyenne.
Best Mexican place I have found in Wyoming thus far. Clean, great service, large portions and food was very flavorful.
