Love Jimmy Johns and used to like this location, but it has gone WAY downhill so we will not be going back. Most recently placed an order and then waited 30 minutes, behind one vehicle in line, and then were told they lost our order and we had to re order, and it would take another fifteen minutes so we said no thanks and left. They said they were understaffed while seven people were working. Very disappointing
The wait time has been over an hour! When it finally got to my turn to order I was told it was going to be an addition 15-min 20min. Management please come up with a system to put out cones or something to let your drive through customers know you are backed up so they can avoid getting trapped in the traffic line! And not even offering a compensation to apologize! Won’t do that again!
The sandwiches are better than any place I have ever had.
I've been to many JJ and have always had excellent service and no issue with the food.. This location does not live up to JJ standards.. Two of the 3 sandwiches we got had been repurposed from some previous order.. My son saw one of the three employees scraping stuff off sandwiches and did not realise what they were doing.. #16 does not come with tuna and his #9 had soggy lettuce and mayo when he asked for none.
I placed an order very early for a noon delivery, when I have lunch. Freaky Fast is a myth! When I called to inquire about my order 40 minutes past it's delivery time, she said it's on its way and I'm welcome to file a formal complaint or have a better day, then she hung up. last time it was nearly 2 hours for it to arrive. Another time it said my card couldn't be accepted but then held money off my card for over a week. no food and no money for a very long time. I finally got my money back and decided to try again. Big mistake. Maybe remove the freaky fast and say it might arrive today.

I worked for that store back in October who ever runs it, needs to find a new career, she would let the employees keep using old worn down scrub pads to clean containers, all you customers would have to eat from. Those sick handling food. She still has not made an effort to say if she has sent my pay check out from working there over two months ago. Very angry that they hired me in days later w2 w4 forms were not completed until after they had no plans of needing my service as a delivery driver. Made orders back up by only sending a few at time I'm going to speak with the franchise owner in Illinois were I'm from and get an understanding why she doesn't want to pay me so good luck to all who stop in there many stories that it's a place were they don't care.
Was just at Jimmy John's #1638 on 2nd in Casper and I would give Tristan, the young lady working a perfect score.She was handling drive through, front, phone and making sandwiches while dealing with 2 presumably Crack heads that took 15-20 minutes to order demanded money back because they waited about 5 minutes.Tristan handled it all and was ever polite.That lady deserves a raise!!!!Our order was great
Ordered a platter of sandwiches at 11:03. Got the confirmation that it was received. Showed up at 11:52 to pick up the order. When I arrived they informed me that they didn't have the bread to make the order.Now I can kind of understand that they didn't have enough materials for the sandwiches, which could be out of their control, BUT that fact that I wasn't called and told they couldn't complete the order. I now have a group of people I was planning on feeding with no alternative. It's at most a 2 minute call.I went to Wal-Mart and they slammed out the sandwiches for me.**Update: seems the "owner" shared a link to leave another review through their corporate feedback system. I did that the day I left this review. "Owner" is checked out and doesn't engage the reviews either.
Genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced, the order was wrong and when I called I was disrespected. Do not go here if you want to actually get your order correct.
