There is no customer service at this location. Went in a little before closing time, employees seemed annoyed that we were there. Took several minutes for them to ask what we wanted to order and another minute for them to realize they needed to turn down their music so they could hear. After getting our sandwiches we were going to eat but the lady rudely stated that they were closed and basically kicked us out. Will never go back to this location, the drive to the east side location is worth it to get better quality and great service.
I can’t say enough great things about the management and staff at this location. I am a regular and they treat you like gold here. Not only are the friendly, they are personable and remember your orders and what you like. This is my store!!! These are my people!!! I have never been anywhere where the meal you get looks better than the picture on the menu! Super fresh and perfect every time. Thanks for being awesome!!! I never understood the trend of taking pictures of your food (seems pretty dumb) but this place would warrant that.

Very friendly and fast. We came in with a bus full of students on an FFA trip and the staff was Awesome. On top of our orders they rocked out all the grub hub and other customers too. Deffinatly 5Stars for this crew.
Just wanted to give recognition where its due. Olyn made our sandwiches exactly the special way we requested and was happy to do so. Its so hard to find excellent customer service anymore, especially in the food industry. It was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated. Keep up the awesome work.

The whole Jersey Mike's team was awesome! They went above and beyond for our catering order for Make-A-Wish. They were fast, had great customer service, and everything was done perfectly. Our wish kid loved it! I would definitely recommend them if you are needing to do a catered lunch!!
