I ordered a breakfast meal at the drive throughAnd they gave me the wrong sandwich and the hash browns were hard and cold. Did not like the sandwich they gave me the whole meal was a throw away. Waste of money.Did not have time to turn around and back.Hardee's is off my breakfast list.
Not the most friendly staff, and their food has fallen WAY downhill. Apparently they don't even toast their sandwiches anymore and just serve them on plain white bread. When I brought this to the attention of Angel at the counter, she rolled her eyes and got snotty with me. What a waste of way too much money.
Awful experience, stood in the lobby for minutes without being greeted. They had 10-15 sandwiches premade sitting under a heat lamp. When I did try to order they were out of what I wanted. Will not be coming back.
Ordered 4 small hot hams all 4 had mold on them and one of them was missing the other half of the bun. Then the manager wanted to argue and wouldn’t give me her bosses phone number to complain. Last time I come to this location. Very disappointed
Customer service was good. They got one thing on the order wrong, but they did fix it. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

What a joke. A cold hard croissant with cold ham, cold bacon, and cold cheese. Absolutely no heat whatsoever to this sandwich that I paid $7.00+ for!!! What a joke. Yuck. Paid for extra cheese and didn't get that either. Go figure. The chicken and waffle sandwich had so much potential but leave it to this store to butcher it!! The chicken was old and chewy and the waffle? Forget it, I had to throw it away because it was so hard and stiff.

Burgers are decent. The chicken sandwich made me sick to my stomach. They're really slow and a touch overpriced.
