This place is horrible. Completely messed up my order. My burger was a mess and the pattys were burnt, my fries were cold to even eat and very dry and some were even burnt, my drink was flat and my straw was broken. Called asking for a refund and the person who answered the phone was completely rude. Worst experience ever. If you want fast food I recommend Dairy Queen or McDonald’s. Horrible service ever.
Food tasted like it had been fried in months old oil...it took forever to get our food. Nasty!
Was good food. Just as any Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr. I’ve been in the last couple years it could use a remodel.
This location is awesome. Super friendly staff, the food was all prepared fresh for us. Everything tasted great!
Got ignored. The lady at the counter was just loudly telling stories in the back. Took 10 minutes to get a vanilla milkshake which they "ran out of milkshake cups for", so they gave me a kids cup. Over $4 for a 3 inch cup of vanilla milkshake. When I asked her for the regular drink cup like my brother had just gotten before me, she told me the cup I had was fine and that's all they could do. Totally rude and a complete waste of time and money. The young man who was cleaning the entire dining area by himself was really kind and clearly working very hard. The one star is for the service and the ladies at the counter.
The lady at the counter has been completely ignoring me. After I was finally able to place my order, I didn't get any cream or sugar for my coffee. I asked her for cream and sugar, and had to wait until she took 3 more orders before I got cream and sugar.
Good fast food drive-through was really quick
The hot honey chicken sandwich is the best of all of the chicken sandwiches. Seriously
The dining room was disgusting... A puddle of soda on the floor right infront of the door and the lady was sitting right by it on her phone. When she got up to help us she sat her phone and her cigarettes on the food surface. There were booths and chairs that were falling apart and flies everywhere. The bathroom was just as bad. Would not recommend.
