As one of the cooks I just gotta say, both making the food and eating it all is a great experience every time. From the sauces to the cheese we genuinely put our everything into the food we send out to you. I will always recommend anything from Firehouse or anything associated with them? (Not to mention how me and my family are treated by the owners, I will forever be grateful for this place)
Love the pizza , the environment is great and you won’t find better pizza or wings in the Rockies. The Sony skip steps and have truly turned making a Pie a craft!!

Put in a rather large order from Firehouse Pizza and a couple things were missed. No big deal, I used to work in food service and I 100% understand how this happens.When I called to have the issues corrected, the employee on the phone was super kind and quickly got everything fixed!When I came back to pick up my remaining items, the staff was just as friendly as before. Thoroughly impressed with the staff, service, and food!
Firehouse pizza is one of our favorite places to stop at while traveling through Casper. The staff is friendly and the food is always great. I highly recommend trying the pizza firestorm. It’s delicious!
I love Firehouse pizza but the last time i ordered not only had the prices gone up a bit there was a 7.5 inflation fee added, plus there was tax on the inflation fee, along with regular tax. And it wasnt on the signed credit card receipt, but on the itemized receipt i had to ask for and the only reason i asked was because the total was higher than i had figued. I get prices have increased for everyone but be straight up about the "inflation fee" your charging rather than hiding it until asked. I would gladly pay it for great pizza/sadal if i had the knowledge it was being charged.

My husband and I are new to the area so we've been trying new things out. Today we went to the movies and did a bit of shopping and decided pizza would be a good supper to finish off our lovely Saturday together. Firehouse pizza was perfect. We ordered online and it was ready at the time they stated. I got the pepperoni one and it was great! I loved the flavor of the crust and ive never had a pizza with thick pieces of pepperoni before and it was awesome! My husband's wasn't as good but he really liked the one I got so he's still happy. He had the ladder 49 with out the artichokes he thinks it needed more sause but was still decent. The price was decent too.
Good food. Poor customer service. I've been lied to multiple times when cashing out (charged me for a drink w/o telling me, told me the build your own pizza came with 4 toppings but when i paid I was charged 3 extra dollars for the 3 extra toppings.) I feel like they just want your money and that's it.
