Bad food and not so good service. Stopped by the drive through around 11:30pm excited to see a seemingly decent quality restaurant open late (not to mention 24hrs). Employee finally came out to take our order and they were out of many things and menu was outdated. We ordered a salad, fries, pretzel, and sundae for $30 roughly - higher price usually equates better quality good but wasn't the case here. They forgot to include plasticware, napkins, and the salad dressing. We turned around and went inside, got things resolved after waiting, and got back on the road before realizing that the cucumber in the salad was rotten and lettuce was wilted. The fries tasted like old oil, pretzel was stale, and queso just didn't taste right.I really wanted to enjoy this place, it seems like a good concept just ran poorly. Maybe bc it is 24hrs idk but the guys seemed tired.

I ordered a bacon jam burger and a jalapeño bacon burger combo and a pretzel w/ queso, all for about $31something, drove away and realized there was no pretzel and was still charged for it, I went back and they refunded me the $4.29 then I got home and seen they didn't put bacon on the burgers. They were still pretty pink and I don't like mayo and that's all that was on the bacon jam burger. This is ridiculous and if your making me pay an arm and leg, atleast make the food worth it please and thanks.

I ordered the cheeseburger with pickle fries my child had corn dog bites, French fries with a scoop of cotton candy ice cream. I took a few bites. When I notice that my burger didn’t taste right. My pickle fries were soggy. My kids bites were hard and look like they had seen a better life a week or so ago. His ice cream had ice crystals from not being stored at the proper temp. And then refrozen. Fast forward a couple hours and I was sick as dog. Do not eat here.

Food might be pretty ok but the drive thru, at least in my experience, is the slowest in Casper. I waited 15 minutes at the window for the food. People that walked in 5 minutes into my wait got there food and were seated and eating before I got my lunch... WHICH... ended up being not what I paid for. Wanted brisket burger, got a hamburger with bacon and cheese.

If you like salmonella then I recommend going here. Ordered boneless wings and they were completely raw on the inside. Ordered a shake and never received it. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend to anyone ?

This used to be my go to for a great hamburger and home made onion rings.. We stopped at the drive up and apparently their drive up order doesn't work (no signage that says that). Went inside to order 1 Hamburger w/LG onion rings; 1 Crispy Chicken sandwich w/1 small onion ring. $29.00. We got our order drove home anticipating the FOOD.. Hamburger was dry, Chicken sandwich was OK, the Big disappointment was the onion rings were the typical frozen onion rings. I paid $29 for a meal that I could have gotten at McDonald's for 1/2 the price. I do not mind paying for good food and Craves used to have Great food. So disappointed ?

Our first time at craves my boyfriend ordered a burrito and the cook was wearing no gloves touching all the ingredients without having gloves on . Didn’t wash his hands at all. Gross.

ordered 6 chicken fried steak and potatoes with gravy. small steaks and maybe half a scoop of potatoes with a splash of gravy. very sad for the price we had to pay. not happy at all.

Went to eat there with my wife on a Saturday and ordered the chicken buffalo wrap and the tortilla was hard and cold, the grilled chicken was cold and hard/old that I could probably break a car windshield, actually between the hard tortilla and the chicken i could probably use it as a brick. It was not worth the 9.95 for each that i paid for it, it was the most expensive bricks i have ever paid for. We couldn't even eat it, the only good thing was the fries that we got with the wraps. Will never eat there again.

The cashier was so incredibly nice! Our Boboa drinks were delish! I took my little Granddaughter as a treat and she saw it exactly that way!
