I don’t usually give out bad reviews but I just received my grub hub order and was very disappointed. I ordered cookie dough ice cream with extra cookie dough and heath bars but what did I receive? Plain. Vanilla. Ice cream. I would understand if they were out of something and had to replace say the ice cream or heath bars or contacted me via the app to let me know but instead I was greeted by a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed.
Unbelievable, we went into Cold Stone tonight and there were 2 groups of people in front of my family. We had been standing in line for over 5 minutes almost 10 minutes. The little girl at the counter said she was going to serve the 1st group of people and then she was closing. Such poor customer service. She could have told us as we came in the door. Instead she sent 2 groups with children out the door. Shameful!!!!!!
Very unprofessional, the employees were arguing amongst themselves in front of multiple people and providing horrible service.
This place is a must if you like ice cream or cakes made of ice cream. You can combine any of your favorite toppings to pretty much any size. My favorite is the coffee ☕ ice cream and a plus you can order online to pick up in store. Although the product is good, what makes or breaks a business is the customer service. Seems to be teens working around 6pm and maybe under the influence. As i walk in and wait at the counter for around 3 minutes a female employee emerged from the back to ask my name 3 time as she is gazing off into the distance. The employee’s are the face of the company and the first interaction with a customer. I would have to give the customer service a 2 of 5 and product quality and abundance of options a 5 of 5 bringing the above satisfaction to a 3 of 5.
Daniel possibly was his name. He was very knowledgeable about his invintory, my man was quite a salesman! I stopped by a few times too. He wasn't there the staff was top notch. I liked doing business with them.Happy Holidays Cold Stone. Thanks for making mine sweet!!!
My husband and I went in yesterday and there was a young girl sitting at a table on her phone, and she seemed very upset that we interrupted her phone time. We weren’t greeted at all besides with a loud sigh, and when my husband asked how she was she completely ignored him. We were the only customers in there. She didn’t get the size right for my husbands ice cream and as soon as we were done paying she went right back to the table to play on her phone. I don’t think we’ll be back for a while since it was a pretty disappointing trip and we left pretty upset.
The ice cream itself is fine. The three young ladies working seemed... on edge? Distracted? The vibe was weird is what I'm saying. They didn't hear or forgot my partner wanted a waffle cone and seemed a little lost as to what to do when gentally corrected. It is the end of the day, I guess. Probably won't come back.
Walked in the door at 7:26…sign says they close at 9pm, with a line of about 4 people they told us we had to leave and were closed. When I asked about the 9pm closing all I was told was we had to leave they were closed. Horrible service
Really disappointed. They were out of just about every topping and a handful of the ice cream flavors. They didn't mix the toppings in and they were all at the bottom of the bowl. We ordered 5 different bowls and they were like this on all 5. Service was very slow, the store was filthy, there were puddles of water all over the floor. We usually love cold stone, but we will not be going back to the one in Casper.
