I have had numerous times at this Burger King when my order has been wrong, either with what they put on my burger to forgetting parts of my order. Last night was my last straw. I ordered 3 plain bacon cheeseburgers and a quarter pound King /no onions. My quarter pound was a joke. Nothing on it at all and the bun was smashed and torn. Then when I try to call the phone to complain, it goes to voice-mail in which none has been set up. I was the ONLY customer there. IM DONE WITH BURGER KING!!!

West side Burger King was on point yesterday (11-22-21) I had a large order in the drive through and expected to get parked and wait for them to bring it out to me. I was surprised when that didn't happen and my order was ready within just a few minutes and was accurate ^^Definitely visiting them again

Food seemed like it had been sitting when I went for lunch rush. The oreo shake I got was more of a vanilla shake with oreo garnish.
They brought my food out to my table when ready, and asked if wanted my drink refilled. You don't find that anymore. Great job
I'm not going to give you 1 star because the food is usually perfect. Today however you made me eat a pickle when I said no pickles. I'll still come to eat there but I will never forgive you.
