I give 5 stars to the solo line cook!For some reason, 2 shift leads were just standing around watching him make the 5 or so drive through orders and the 3 families dining in, plus my mobile order.This dude deserves a raise!
Stood and waited for at least five minutes this morning (6:30), literally not one employee in the store. I guess smoking is more important than helping customers at this location. Won't be back.
Bad customer service or just a ridiculously paranoid manager, not sure. They left food out of our order and when we went back to get it they wouldn't give it to us unless we showed them the whole bag of food. Who cares about the receipt we had and the fact that initially the cashier thought there was in fact food missing (same one that gave us the order in the first place). Kids were already eating, and we couldn't put it all back in the bag to take to the counter. They literally stole our money.
Place wasn't busy no line still couldn't get my order right. I said a triple Whopper with cheese. The guy asked me about 30 seconds later, would you like cheese on it? I said yes. I get my sandwich, no cheese! The bathroom is disgusting too!

Absolutely the best. I was on my way home from Montana to Kansas after dealing with with my mom's passing. I stopped to get a bite and stupidly left my purse there. I didn't even notice till that evening and we were already in NB at that time. I calles right away and was told that theychand found it. I was informed a manager would get hold of me tobhave it mailed to me. After a few days thatvis exactly what happens. I was returned wallet with all funds and belongings to my surprise yes I thought I might get the purse back but also my money. After all the stress I had been experiencing due to my mom's passing it warmed my heart to know there were hard working honest employees...i can never thank them enough
The food was great. The service was a little slow but they are understaffed so that was not a big problem. Thanks BK!
If I could give a 0 star I would. The employee was so rude and acted like I was not worth her time I will never be back
Their parking lot isn't maintained, and their food is even worse. They always serve cold fries, sometimes even if you ask for fresh fries
I asked for no onions … I see they must be cutting cost by using little to no lettuce at all. Horrible every time I go here!
