Last time I'll go to this Arby's... Every single time, something is messed up in the drive-though order... No marinara for cheese sticks... No straw tonight for a shake. Just stupid little things that aren't worth making the long drive back after sitting in an already slow line. Truly among the worst Arby's in the country for half-a**ing business. ?
Absolutely the best meal I have had from a fast food place in a long time today. Super fresh and fast. Workers friendly. Great job! Keep it up guys! We will for sure be back. Cheers.
I asked for fresh chicken tenders and fresh fries. What we got was an attitude from the front end manager. She gave us small pieces that had been cooked previously that had been sitting under the heat lamp, when I pointed it out she got defensive. She said she would get new, I went and sat to wait, got the same Luke warm and even smaller nuggets, she never cooked a new order for us, she gave what was sitting under their heat lamp. Very disappointing, and the fries were not fresh either, we got what was left from the drive thru.
The food was good but the service was slow.

Since they no longer offer ham or potatoe cakes I will no longer eat at Arby's. I can get french fries anywhere.
