Piss poor service. The workers don't pay attention, a group of people walked out because they weren't being served. Another group almost walked out. Got multiple orders wrong. When asked for our missing items we paid for, they had an attitude about it. Very bad attitude. Least you could do is put a front for the customers. Customer service is important. And this place is not friendly.
OMG! Could they care any less about customer service or quality?They won't even take your order here. You have to order on the app or place your order on the touch screen kiosk. No credit card? Then no tacos for you. If you can't pay at the kiosk, you can't get food.
THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL!!! I called for a mistaken order that they did & a coworker hung up & did not pick up what’s so after I called 10 times. Will be calling corporate & complaining. This is not ok. Worst RESTAURANT & WORST WORKERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WORK WITH RUDE PEOPLE
I would like to give 5 stars for the staffs and their fries are really good.Tho IM VERY DISAPPOINTED that they got rid of the Cheesy Grilled Burito off the menu.
Tried there Breakfast Bacon Crunch wrap ! Was a nice change of pace for Breakfast ?

Day shift has been doing really good. Night shift needs to go to school because they can’t read. Everything is always messed up when I pay extra for upgrades!

I can't believe how perfect this taco ball location is... I always make it a point to eat here whenever I travel through or by WI Dells.We're used to lousy service/food in Minneapolis, so this experience was particularly amazing. Everything we ordered was the best we had ever had at Taco Bell (this is the opinion of all 4 of us) - from tacos and chalupas to nachos and cinnabon donuts: Incredible..We thought the portion sizes were just fine - it was definitely quality over quantity though.
