The line was super long but overall went by pretty quick. The drinks were made perfect. Staff seemed friendly and helpful when I asked questions at the menu board. Overall this is a great spot to stop and get coffee. We even came back the next day and had drinks and snacks inside and that was a good experience. The place is super clean.
Go to Bella goose down the street. Local chain and really good. My Starbucks experience today: I asked for caffeine content in one of their new featured drink. The cashier was confused, she reached out for help. But the supervisor type lady was extremely rude and told me I’ve to go download an app. It’s not the type of info they have access too. She didn’t even make an eye contact with me. Now, I’m extremely sensitive to caffeine and there’s a limit of how much I should drink. Every Starbucks or other coffee chain I’ve ever been to has this Information handy. For Pete’s sake, you’re the largest coffee chain. Train your employees Well.
This Starbucks Location is Very Fast in the drive thru and seems to have more access to inventory than the Lake Delton location.They were friendly, effecient and created our iced coffee to order!Thanks to the great staff at this location!
I ordered for a cappuccino with heavy cream, they charged me for it but gave me something else. I Waited for about 15 mins but the barista didn’t make my drink until I asked her for it. She asked me what my order was for - quite surprising coz I thought they receive instructions when you buy the drink. Inspite of telling them specifically to make the cappuccino with cream, they made it with milk. I only realized once I got into my car and took the first sip. When I called them back they denied about my request for cream, and also didn’t talk to me properly. Such a frustrating experience.
I went there to order a Carmel ribbon crunch and it tasted like cinnamon so went back to go get a new one but it tasted even more of cinnamon but even stronger so I am Very disappointed
The line was long, but it went quickly. Server took order, acknowledged different drinks, labeled correctly, and had them ready to go. Quite satisfied with how they ran their business.
Always fast and polite, they deal with a lot of rude people all day you wouldn't know with how nice they always are.
Went here ordered about twenty bucks in coffee and while at the window the employee refused us our Starbucks rewards points. Service was adequate at best, it makes us think less of the company, especially after the paper straws were just a fad.
