Ordered the basic cheeseburger and they forgot the Patty on Both of them.
Waited 30 minutes in drive thru. Guy kept taking right lane orders and never came to us. Guess they really can't find anyone to take fast food orders. Staff shouldn't be allowed to continue wreaking havoc on all of it's customers. I also had a family member go to this McDonald's and was given a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with no patties. What is going on at this location? It is scary to think about what they're doing to the food that people don't know about. Stay away from this place!
It’s McDonald’s. Not much to choose from in our small town. Don’t waste your time ordering ahead on the mobile app. I gave up on the curbside mobile app ordering, it proved to be a waste of time. I have had so many INCORRECTLY made hot Carmel macchiatos lately… it’s really just hit or miss it seems with McDonald’s. I do like that have points and reward perks.
Made a drive thru order. 10 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me. Though I reminded cashier of my order of an apple pie, I found later that no pie was in the bag. Will not return. Every other trip to McDonalds results in some error in order. How do they stay in business?
I ordered 6 cheese burgers and none of them had a beef patty
Out of onions and tomatoes and NO DISCOUNT when 1/2 the topping are missing....poor, very poor.
Staff totally out of it. Totally checked out. They insist you use kiosk, but 2 out of 10 kiosks functioning. 4 staff members just standing, chatting and relaxing. Also, what's up with the loitering teens congestion the parking lot? What a dump.
In Wisconsin the double cheese burgers are 2 for $2.50. In Illinois they are 2 for $3
I love there breakfast! I recommend bacon egg and cheese! <3
