I was told to pull up to the first window, so I did so. Nobody was at that window, so I just sat there. Eventually all the cars in front of me got their food and drove away, so I drove up to the next window. I handed the Jamaican guy me credit card and he yelled at me that I should I have paid at the previous window. I told him nobody was there, but the guy just accused me of lying. Not sure what the purpose of lying would be…
Will not be returning. Beautiful building outside. Disgusting on the inside. Very poorly kept as there was garbage on the floors, tables, counters by the drinks, garbage cans were all full, tables were dirty as if they hadn’t been wiped down. Had to order on the kiosks. 8 kiosks in the building, only 2 available to use. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food. When we got the food, it was barely warm and the ice cream was half melted. Wish I could give 0 stars. Very dissatisfied.
Went to the store and used the rewards and they refused me! SCAM
Ordered a 20 piece nugget and got 17 with both boxes missing nuggets. The fries weren’t salted either. Also asked for sweet and sour sauce in line and at the window but didn’t get any of any kind. Was hoping to get what I actually paid for. Actually close the box for the nuggets and don’t have them left out to be hard. With McDonald’s work experience I know it’s not a hard job to put that little bit of effort as that’s the whole reason for being paid.
There are no counters open. The one counter that is open said drive through only. The self service kiosks of which there are 8, only 3 is open the other kiosks still have covid. Not a pleasant experience inside. Therefore the drive through is packed with traffic jams outside.
Walk inside and had signs stating must order on kiosk. We had difficulty with the machine and pressed the help button. The manager literally walked past us. We finally got his attention and he said they are short staffed and he was closing the dining room but would not assist us. We are not used to this level of rudeness and disrespectfulness in illinois.
I was so happy with my customer service in drive thru the young man was very patience and nice and gave me a minute to order having 4 kids not knowing what they wanted but then I got to the second window and I ordered a 6 peice nugget meal with apples and BBQ sauce and a sprite, no apples or sauce and my babies sprite tasted really bad .
Disappointed that we stopped here and they had the seating area closed except for employees. Lines of people out the door waiting to order. Aside from the beautiful building this location is a failure. If I wanted to wanted to wait 30 minutes for food I would’ve went to Applebees.
Order was incorrect. Asked for hamburgers not cheeseburgers. Asked for no ice and they put in extra ice. When advised that the order was incorrect they acted like they did not understand what I was telling them. This is the first time I have visited in 6 months due to the same issue. Sorry McDonalds this will be the last time I will be coming. My child is lactose intolerance and you have no combo with hamburgers so when you order the cheeseburgers combo and no cheeseburgers means no cheese. Bring back th All American
If I could leave a half star I would by far the most disrespected I’ve ever been I called to ask them if my dad was in the store cause he told me he back with milk and happy meal and o told them his name York oxsmall and they told me he wasn’t there and probably left me cause I had to many chromosomes I just want to be loved
