We went to downtown MACS location, which was more like a fast-food restaurant than I expected where you order at a desk and the specialty Mac-and-cheese is brought to your table in an adorable skillet. WOW, my family got 6 different dishes and they were all phenomenal.
Okay. This was fun. I have to admit that I was hesitant when the kids suggested it but, it was great. The serving were large and the food was great. Two adults and three kids under 12 really enjoyed it. We had the Memphis BBQ, Buffalo Chicken and the Hang over. The kids loved them all. There was nothing left. So, as a parent, if you are like me thinking $12 Mac & Cheese - think again and go try it out. The serving are large too the 5 of us shared three orders and barley finished.
We had to stop in here as my daughter's favorite food is mac and cheese. It was wonderful. Macs is also attached to a ice cream/dessert shop which was also delicious.

Literally drooling and wishing I was back here as I am writing this review. You definitely have to stop here if your in the Dells!The food and service was amazing. If you're craving for something ooey gooey melted cheese this is the right place! They have tons of mac and cheese flavors with 3 different serving sizes to choose from and different side options. You order at the front and take a number to your table and the food is delivered to you hot and fresh! The little crisp bread they give you is so delicious too!
The service was quick and friendly. Now let me start by saying. If you are expecting anything more then mac and cheese, you will likely be disappointed. Now mine was a really good mac and cheese. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. The chicken bacon ranch is a topping for the mac and cheese. It is served in a small skillet. They have three size, lil mac(child), regular and mac daddy. We arrived about an hour before closing. Even though the staff was cleaning and were trying to get out of there. They were very friendly and helpful. If you like mac and cheese but want to try some with a little flair, this is your place.
Omg! This is like 10 stars! Wow!Our family of 6 each tried something different when we went there. EVERYTHING was delicious! I wish this restaurant was available in indiana. Our pickiest eater even loved this place.. and that is something!!!
