Today was their first day to open up the dining room again! Came through town for a road trip and I am impressed with this location. The staff was so so friendly and the food was wonderful. Happy you guys are finally bouncing back from this COVID nightmare!
Closed they need to update their hours. Have to drive 9 highway miles to pick up elsewhere.

It's gotten better but still tends to have alot of mess ups was given impossible chicken when it was supposed to be a normal order of chicken wasn't bad just wasn't what I wantedI want all of the fries tho
Every time we travel to Wisconsin Dells to order at this KFC branch, they are always out of chicken during peak hours. You have to wait 45 mins to 1 hour to get your chicken whether one pc or a family deal. This store is managed poorly.
Ordered online, was called by the restaurant a couple of minutes later to tell me that they were out of chicken sandwiches and that it would be an hour to make a 3 piece chicken and 5 piece tender. I then said just cancel my order, they told me to cancel it online. I went back to my order online and it told me to cancel it by calling the restaurant or calling the corporate number. Not the first poor experience I have had here but it will be the last.

Only complaint was we were the only ones there and it took a bit. Food was fresh and good
I would give this place a zero if I could! This is the most disorganized place ever! The drive thru order window is not in the KFC lot and the rude worker told me that after waiting behind others for over 10 minutes to find the window I was told that it was in the other restaurant’s driveway. She was very unprofessional! No one should go to this place, especially that are not familiar with the area!
