I have ordered online delivery from here pretty frequently throughout the last year or two, and they usually get everything right for my orders, until now… I ordered the new Zesty Garden Turkey Club, and they forgot my bacon completely… I added a few things to customize my sandwich, yeah, but I did nothing with the bacon option. So I’m not sure why I received ZERO bacon?!Also would’ve been nice to know that the chocolate chip cookie that I ordered was going to be a triple chip cookie with white chocolate in it, because I do not white chocolate, so I can’t even eat it. I would never have even ordered it had I known that’s what I was going to receive.
Wisconsin dells by Kalahari, It took my over 15 minutes to receive one sandwich. There was four people working behind the counter..I thought it was supposed to be Freaky Fast..Was very disappointed..And the bread was very hard..
Bread seemed old and sandwich mistakes on extremely simple sandwiches for my kids.

Horrible been 55 minutes for delivery of 2 subs and still waiting trash customer service as well. Freaky slow at this location definately not freaky fast

This place sucks they need better management and new works
Placed an online order 30 minutes before opening to be able to pick up prior to a dance competition at Kalahari. I knew I was early picking it up 10 minutes after opening, but I let them know when I walked in. There was no hustle in this staff, while one of the four was very friendly and personable, the others had no care in the world. Food was okay, not like what I’ve been used to from JJ.
Irrational policies and fear mongering steered me away from this place today. No other establishment had such strict and irrational policies. Time to move forward.
