Food was very good. I had the chicken and pancakes. The chicken tenders were surprisingly good! Prices were very fair! It was a little slow, probably because the lack of help. Though our waitress was very nice. I would recommend going if you can get in!
The IHOP in Lake Delton was a let down. It was great tasting food, but the emotions were very small compared to other IHOPs I've been to, but the prices were still the same.There was brown duct tape on the booth seats.The staff was very friendly, and the service was very fast.
I was shopping and lost track of time and I was hungry so I decided to have pancakes and a couple of strips of bacon and decaf coffee. This was between 7 and 8 PM. I was seated right away and ordered, received my order quick and the waiter filled my coffee up several times. Brought me extra napkins and asked if everything was ok. Nice and polite and I tipped him well.
Normally when we visit this location the atmosphere and the staff are pleasant, they take your order in the order as you arrive and are seated and they check in on you periodically through out your visit. During this visit the waitress we had barley acknowledged our group of 5, took another tables order before ours when they had been seated after us, barley checked in on us, had a sour attitude and when we told her that some of our food was barley warm she didn’t offer to replace the food she just said “oh”. We also had to wait almost 20 minutes for our bill. Needless to say our most recent visit was not a pleasant one.
Service was good. Food was okay but was freezing inside for being winter. Definitely stick with breakfast foods here as the crepes were so good but burgers dry.
The burgers were not seasoned at all; the place was disgusting, and the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. The tables still had dirty dishes sitting there from people who had left before we were seated, and still there after we left. It wasn't busy at all. Employees were standing around talking about customers. I guess they didn't think I could understand spanish. This place is absolutely disgusting! We will never come back!
Excellent service for the curbside pickup! Food was packed perfectly in separate containers and bagged neatly.Condiments and utensils in their own bag. Food was fresh and hot! This was my first online order which got me a 20% off discount. I am totally impressed and will use this service again. Just wish their was a place to add a tip when ordering, the curbside server should get something for going out in the elements.
My wife is both gluten and dairy free. The staff was very helpful friendly and accommodating.Food was good. portions were enormous
Waitress was great until the end... gave us our check and never came back to collect our money... if I was a bouncing kind of guy, I would have bounced. She was in the far back talking to other employees and eating food. Had to ask another employee to get her. Food was good.
Food & service were good. We had a large party they auto added the tip.
