As of June 2022, during the week, there is only one person working the store during the week day - but - there is no signage to that point. So I waited in line with two hungry daughters for about 15 minutes behind people getting ice cream only to be told that at the counter...with a little snip, to boot. We came back the next day and had the cheesecake and some ice cream. It was OK. Wouldn't recommend during the week currently.
Cheesecake was very dry tasting, almost powdery.Could not each more than a couple bites before throwing it away.A previous reviewer stated that the slices of cheesecake at Walmart we’re better. Just for laughs and since I was at Walmart, I bought a slice of their cheesecake. Sure enough, it was better.
The staff were extremely friendly! The food was amazing and the coffee! Oh wow! The atmosphere is just perfect for a nice light lunch. Would go back in a heartbeat!
My Family's go to place every time we are at the Dells. Best Cheese cake My Favorite is the Strawberry Cheese Cake Best in Town. It's a Must Try!!!
Just a heads up, the funnel cakes are pre-packaged and frozen that they re-fry in the store. Not great. I ended up not eating it, but was very nicely given a slice of cheesecake instead. Ice cream was good.
Just stopped in to purchase a couple of bottles of water. The girl that rang us up was rude and very unpleasant. And the water was super over-priced also.
The cheesecake is amazing, as well as their coffee. Absolutely recommend.
Worst cheesecake ever! Dry and lacking flavor. I think you should buy WalMart cheesecake and sell that instead - it would be better.
I bought a whole cheesecake here because of the advertising about 90 years in the making for their recipe. The cheesecake was dry and not that flavorful. Cheesecake factory is better by far. It's very high priced too.
As almost every restaurant warns, Covid has left them short staffed so expect hiccups in service. Cheesecake Heaven was no different, but as we slipped in between large groups, we had excellent and quick service for lunch. We didn't know what to expect for a deli sandwich from a cheesecake place, but we were delighted. I had the New Englander and hubby had the avocado BLT. Both were on fresh, tasty bread and made with high quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the person behind the counter decided to make a supply run and large groups of people walked out of the store because it was obvious no employee was manning the counter. A few stuck around, and hopefully were rewarded for their efforts. Make sure you stick around and be forgiving with staff. They are friendly and doing their best, and if you are ordering a sandwich, you will not be disappointed.
