They were having a hard time running smooth and IMO the manger needs to learn what customer service is and how it works. Seems unorganized
I just sat in the drive through line with 6 cars a head of me for 40 minutes. And when I got my food it was ice cold. I will never go here again and I will make sure I tell the whole town of portage.
Had a little family vacation at mount Olympus and was going to go to knucklehead and have a tour of Christmas mtn, but that was cut short bc my kids and fiancé got food poisoning from this bk, very disappointing, will not be returning to this disgrace of a burger king
The restaurant food was ok. I'm not against dogs, but how is it that just because they are small they are going to be allowed inside a RESTAURANT. People should respect places where dogs aren't allowed.
Tried to place an order and the old lady at the drive through had a hard time hearing so I slowed down and repeated my order she took as me being a "disrespectful Millennial." She then proceeded to scream and swear at me and my friend once we pulled up to the window to try to explain we weren't being disrespectful. She then proceeded to throw a large soda at the side of my truck and slammed the window shut after I asked to speak with the manager. Will not be returning as a local strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

along with the wait I had food missing and employees with poor attitude. wouldn't recommend and probably won't return. sad to see a new business in area
Beware of management. Jessica specifically is rude and condescending! Horrible service. I'll remember to go to any other location for further dining. Do better.
This location with new shift managers in the last year or so (GM has always been a nice lady) has been awesome for this store. Definitely a good representation of exactly what Burger King food should be. Proof that good managers contribute to good employees and that contributes too good food. Plus one of the only places ever that when I get home to eat my takeout the fries are still hot.
