We came in for just a drink. Took us almost 20 minutes to get any sort of recognition. Finally got drinks and no one came back. Pretty sure we could’ve walked out and no one would have noticed. Horrible service.
Best service in a long time. Sue was such a sweetheart. Food was really good also.
This is a must go to place in the Wisconsin Dells. The food was outstanding, the staff friendly and helpful, and the outdoor area with sandbox for young children was phenomenal. A special shout out to our waiter Aldone. I have had some great service in my 44 years of life, but he might take the award for the best ever. Truly top notch. Give that man a raise.
This restaurant looked great from the outside, and that's one of the reasons why we chose this place. They are also very kids friendly and my kids definitely loved playing while waiting for the foods to be served. However, the food was just okay. The rice was undercooked and the taste of most that we ordered had very little flavors. The table was dusty too.
We had SO much unexpected fun here! We all had some great drinks, a couple appetizers (gator bites were very good), the guys played bags, one of the awesome staff took our picture in the big chair (I wish I remembered his name, he was so great, but all I remember was he's from Jamaica) BUT the highlight of our whole experience was our bartender Elliotte (yep we asked her how to spell her name) she is the best bartender we have EVER had!!! She was not only super knowledgeable about her job, she was passionate, personable, SO friendly, funny, and adorable! Seriously, words cannot describe how much she made our Dells weekend! I honestly have not laughed that much in a very long time! She is definitely someone we will never forget! I see people complaining about prices, but in all reality it is the Dells and expected, so do yourself a favor and stop here!! Well done Bobbers!
We had the gator bites, fried cheese, nacho appetizers. They were all okay. I had the jerk combo. I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken, the pork was okay. The mango chutney was pretty good, The jerk sauce was way overpowering. It needed be watered down a little bit. The Jamaican greens were amazing! If I were to go back I would just get a giant bucket of them. That was the favorite part of my meal. Service I thought was okay but slow, we did have an enormous party. If it wasn't for the Jamaican greens I would never go back to this place.
Food is horrible there they do not care about cooking good food they just care about feeding you shots of alcohol
Good food, cool decor, but unless you like rowdy and loud, NOT FOR FAMILIES- has a bar adjacent and it OVERPOWERS going and having a quiet sit down meal. Pretty expensive for what you get-my meal cost 11.99 and even ordering extra stuff, still left hungry. Thought of giving a 3 but was convenient from hotel and not worst I've ever had-food and service wise.
Visiting from out of town and the people we were with have been here before so they brought us. Nice food selection with decent prices. I like how they have paper on the tables, even though our ages range from 35-55 we still acted like children and drew on them. Food was good. The adult beverages were huge and they loved them. Pretty cool how the have a “club” next door. May have to hit that one up some time.
Nice ambiance, nice food. Enjoyed their seafood entrees esp Shrimp, Salmon and White fish. Unfortunately they didn't have Mahi Mahi that night. The waiters were friendly. Had a fulfilling dinner.
